2019 PR Veritas

The last time Brad made Veritas was the 2016 vintage.  This was his flagship wine made in a Bordeaux style.  This new vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a bit of Petit Verdot.  I spent years tasting red barrel samples with Brad, and I have to say that I’m not sure this is quite his style.  His Veritas usually had a little more subdued tannins than this one, but suffice it to say that this is still a wine to sit down with and do some serious thinking about.
