Dry Vidal

2009 DRY VIDAL BLANC $10.00

If you enjoy Pinot Grigio, you'll love this lovely, dry white wine. Delicate pink gold hues highlight the floral aromas inside. Our Vidal fruit was fermented entirely in stainless steel resulting in a crisp white wine. Delicious with seafood, salads or any light fare. Excellent white wine for a cocktail party.

2010 NAKED CHARDONNAY $10.00

Why Naked? This unoaked (hence-naked) chardonnay shows aromas of apple and pineapple. This well balanced white, fills the mouth with fresh fruit aromas interlaced with mineral tones. Don't care for oak-y chardonnays? Naked is purely the Chardonnay fruit without any wood influences. Pair with seafood.

2010 CHARDONNAY $12.00

Our Chardonnay fruit was fermented and aged in 100% French Oak. The result is an elegant white wine, yielding a soft mouth-feel. The intrinsic oak flavor is a simple and lovely accent as though the chardonnay fruit was softly kissed by the barrel. Pair our Chardonnay with artisan cheeses.

2009 CHAMBOURCIN ROSE´ $10.00

SILVER MEDAL 2011 FARM SHOW.
Black cherry tinged aromas meander through the olfactory passages while velvety liquid caresses the palate. Perfect with spicy or salty foods. A delicious compromise for diverse taste buds. We feel that rosé can only be made from 100% red grapes, and our rose’ is made from 100% Chambourcin. (2.8% residual sugar)

2010 RIESLING $12.00

This classic grape of Germany renders a slightly sweet, fruity white wine. Fresh mango, peach and melon aromas leap from the glass followed a beautiful balance of crispness and sweetness. Our Riesling is a great accompaniment to German style cooking. (2% residual sugar.)

2009 TRAMINETTE $12.00

MEDAL WINNER 2011 FINGER LAKES COMPETITION. Gewürztraminer is one of the parents of Traminette and it sure shows! Stick your nose in the glass and float away on a bed of roses. This medium bodied, soft white lingers in the mouth with a beautiful floral finish. Our Traminette pairs perfectly with exotic cuisines.

Vidal Blanc

2010 VIDAL BLANC $10.00

Our Vidal Blanc shows aromas of stone fruits such as peach and pear. The stone fruit influence follows through in the mouth along with a hint of minerals. Just a touch of sweetness rounds out a beautiful, slightly crisp finish.  Our Vidal Blanc appeals to a wide audience.  (1.5% residual sugar)

2010 CAYUGA $10.00

Our Cayuga is the wine in the blue bottle and one of our best sellers. This medium sweet white is wildly fruity and complex. Made from 100% Cayuga grapes, this wine starts with beautiful floral aromas and is bursting with fruit on the palate. Cayuga is a great picnic or party wine. (3.5% residual sugar)

2010 NIAGARA $10.00

Niagara is a sweet and very grapey table wine. Heavy aromas of a grand, backyard arbor packed together with mouthwatering sweetness make this white wine a favorite of generations old and new. Our Niagara dresses up a simple meal like grilled hot dogs and baked beans.  (6% residual sugar)

 

2010 LATE HARVEST VIDAL BLANC $20.00

Vidal Blanc grapes are allowed to hang on the vine into December.  The grapes begin to raisin and concentrate the sugars and flavors.  These special grapes are used to make this luscious dessert wine which is golden colored and loaded with aromas of honey, peaches and stone fruits. Serve our Late Harvest Vidal Blanc as the pinnacle of a fine dining experience
