This classic grape of Germany renders a slightly sweet, fruity white wine. Fresh mango, peach and melon leap from the glass. Our Riesling is the perfect accompaniment to salty and spicy foods . 1.6 residual sugar.

2007 Dry Vidal Blanc $9

If you enjoy Pinot Grigio, then you'll love this lovely, dry white wine. Delicate pink and gold hues highlight what is inside: floral aromas. This vidal fruit was fermented entirely in stainless steel resulting in a crisp, white wine. Delicious with seafood, salads, or any light fare. Excellent white wine for a cocktail party. Appealing to both dry & sweet fans.

Why Naked? This unoaked (hence-naked) chardonnay shows aromas of apple and pineapple. This well balanced white, fills the mouth with fresh fruit aromas interlaced with mineral tones. Don't care for oak-y chardonnays? Naked is purely the chardonnay without any wood influences. Pair with seafood.

2008 Chardonnay $12

This extraordinary fruit from the 2008 harvest was fermented and aged in 100% French Oak. The result is an elegant, dry, white wine, yielding a soft, elegant mouthfeel. The intrinsic oak flavor is a simple & lovely accent, as though the chardonnay fruit was softly kissed by the barrel. Pair our Chardonnay with artisan cheeses.

2008 Vidal Blanc $9

IF YOU LIKE RIESLING, YOU'LL LOVE THIS WHITE! This slightly sweet, fruity white wine shows aromas of rose petals and pears. Great with fruits and other light fare. Delicious to enjoy with comfort foods - whole roast chicken, meatloaf, or chutney-laden pork chops. (1.5% residual sugar)

With 3.5% residual sugar this wine is always a crowd pleaser. Our Cayuga is a great wine to take to a picnic or party!
