The driest of our three bubblies, the Cuvee Chardonnay is made using the Methode Champenoise. It has a wonderful nose of apple, honey, Asian pear and toastiness. On the palate, it is light, crisp and clean. It is a perfect pairing with fresh oysters, shell fish, crab cakes, ceviche and grilled sea bass. It is also delicious with lemon chicken and Thai curries.
Our Brut Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes in the traditional method champenoise. This sparkling dry rose exhibits aromas of strawberry and yeast and has a crisp finish. A perfect start to an elegant meal!
