Our Pinot Noir shows intense crimson
color. The nose is dominated by aromas of dried cherries, cranberries
and vanilla. The flavors follow the nose with plenty of
tannin and acid to give this beauty enough structure to

This new vintage is defined by its dark and
beautiful color. Enjoy this new Merlot's aroma as you'll see

2007 Syrah $14
Our first effort with this
classic grape (known also as Shiraz in Australia). Intense ruby
red color. The nose displays classic Syrah black pepper
and crushed berries, vanilla and spice. The flavors follow
the nose. This wine displays some well integrated tannins. |

This is often referred to as the "Lehigh Valley's
grape." Enjoy with heartier fare or pastas, boasts
a truly bright & complex mouthfeel bursting with
crushed raspberries. Aged ten months in Pennsylvania
oak. Our Chambourcin is our best selling dry, red wine. |

2007 Chambourcin
Reserve $16
Sixteen months in primarily Hungarian
oak differentiate this 2007 reserve vintage from our
regular bottling. Selected from low yielding lots of Chambourcin,
we produced this distinctive deep color, aromas combined
with an intense mouthfeel. Nose shows toasty oak, vanilla
and black fruits complete with a long finish. |

2007 Trio $29

new dry red for sale at Pinnacle Ridge!
TRIO is an artisan blend of Syrah,
Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The grapes were grown and then made into
wine by three friends/winemakers; Joanne Levengood from
Manatawny Winery in Douglassville, Carl Helrich from Allegro
Winery, and Brad Knapp from Pinnacle Ridge Winery. TRIO’s
concentrated black fruit aromas follow on to the palate.
The wine is well balanced, with soft tannins and a medium
dry finish. The individual grape varietals were aged for
16 months in French, Hungarian and Pennsylvania oak before
blending. |

2009 Quaff $10
This blend is always one of our favorite “quaffable’ wines.
This particular vintage is made from a unique blend of
grapes: Chambourcin and barrel-aged Pinot Noir. We affectionally
call this light and casual table red “the ultimate
pizza wine" but Quaff is great with any pasta dish!
Perfect for the red wine lover who wants something not
too oaky, and not too sweet. ( 2% residual sugar ) |

100% Chambourcin. Chambourcin
is known in the region as the Lehigh Valley's grape.

2008 Concord $10
This classic backyard grape is transformed
into a sweet, very grapey red table wine. A sentimental
reminder of wines your grandparents used to make if you
grew up on farms in the region. A great wine to start with
for those beginning wine appreciation. This is a fun wine
to enjoy while gathered with friends around a bonfire or
with a yummy dessert. ( 8% residual sugar ) |
