Trio

2007 Trio $29 - A new dry red for sale at Pinnacle Ridge!

TRIO is an artisan blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The grapes were grown and then made into wine by three friends/winemakers; Joanne Levengood from Manatawny Winery in Douglassville, Carl Helrich from Allegro Winery, and Brad Knapp from Pinnacle Ridge Winery. TRIO’s concentrated black fruit aromas follow on to the palate. The wine is well balanced, with soft tannins and a medium dry finish. The individual grape varietals were aged for 16 months in French, Hungarian and Pennsylvania oak before blending.

2009 Quaff $10

GOLD MEDAL 2010 PA WINE COMPETITION

This blend is always one of our favorite “quaffable’ wines. This particular vintage is made from a unique blend of grapes: Chambourcin and barrel-aged Pinot Noir. We affectionally call this light and casual table red “the ultimate pizza wine" but Quaff is great with any pasta dish! Perfect for the red wine lover who wants something not too oaky, and not too sweet. ( 2% residual sugar )

Quaff
Sweet Seduction

2009 Sweet Seduction $10

A medium sweet red (4% residual sugar) wine made from 100% Chambourcin. Chambourcin is known in the region as the Lehigh Valley's grape. A great red to enjoy with chocolate or a rich dessert. Don't like oaky reds? You'll love this one - aged in stainless steel. If you are a Sweet Seduction fan, give our Chambourcin Rosé a try, too!!
